Senior IT Support Technician. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
Role Purpose The Senior IT Support Technician will be the primary escalation point for complex IT issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities - Provide advanced Level 2 support for desktop, software, and network issues.
- Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team and assist in mentoring junior technicians.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Modern Workplace, Cloud, and Security environments.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud teams to resolve major incidents.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and ensure documentation accuracy.
Key Skills and Experience - Strong Level 1/2 IT support experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service focus.
- Experience working with external vendors and third-party providers.
