Product Owner

Our client is a values-driven innovator operating beyond what’s imaginable, delivering next-gen customer experiences through relentless innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven impact. They now seek a Product Owner to own the end-to-end evolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and omnichannel Contact Centre systems.

In this role, you will function as the strategic and tactical owner of product delivery within a high-velocity Agile squad. You will shape AI-enabled workflows, optimise customer journey automation, and drive ROI-focused feature velocity. Expect to translate market signals into executable scope, enforce disciplined backlog hygiene, and ship production-grade increments with zero tolerance for technical debt.

Key Accountabilities
  • Own scrum ceremonies, backlog, and release cadence
  • Define product strategy, OKRs, and multi-quarter roadmaps
  • Prioritise epics/stories via value frameworks (RICE, WSJF)
  • Lead discovery, story mapping, and acceptance criteria definition
  • Embed customer telemetry, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting
  • Enforce Agile maturity and scaled Scrum practices
Essential Requirements
  • 2-3+ years as a Product Owner in enterprise environments
  • Full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment (configuration, customisation, Power Platform)
  • Contact Centre platform rollout (Genesys, Amazon Connect, or equivalent)
  • Mastery of Agile metrics, velocity planning, and technical debt management
  • End-to-end delivery of $1M+ digital programs in regulated or high-change settings
  • Advanced process modelling (Visio + BPMN 2.0)
  • Working knowledge of test automation and shift-left QA
  • Proven ability to influence C-level with data-backed narratives
  • Degree in CS, Business Analysis, or equivalent + PSPO/CSPO + BPMN accreditation
Desirable
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration in CRM (Copilot, predictive routing)
  • PR, growth marketing, or customer-led design experience
  • Leadership of distributed or vendor-integrated teams
  • Design thinking or Lean Startup certification
