PMO Support Officer

Blackroc is seeking a PMO Support Officer to join a growing Technical Delivery PMO supporting a large, complex transformation portfolio within a highly regulated environment.

This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, thrives on coordination and organisation, and is confident engaging with a wide range of technical and delivery stakeholders. You’ll play an important role in embedding PMO processes, supporting governance forums, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple delivery streams.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate key portfolio meetings, workshops, and townhalls — including scheduling, agenda preparation, presentation support, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio reporting packs, dashboards, and updates using tools such as Power BI, MS Project Online, and Excel.
  • Maintain PMO documentation libraries and support process improvement and knowledge management activities.
  • Work closely with PMO, project, and technical teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery support.
Ideally you will have the following:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a PMO or business support role within a large, complex, or regulated organisation.
  • Sound understanding of project and portfolio management practices.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with Power BI, MS Project Online, SharePoint, or SAP is highly regarded.
This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract + view to extend.
