If you’ve been the “go-to” person on your team, mentoring others, steering technical decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes, this is your chance to make it official at the Platform Team Leader.
You’ll step into a team lead role overseeing Identity and Access Management platforms across on-prem and cloud environments. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll balance leading a small team, driving improvement, and solving tricky IAM challenges.
What you’ll bring: - 5+ years in a senior engineering role (IAM, infrastructure, or security)
- Strong experience with Okta, Entra ID, or Active Directory
- Understanding of RBAC, MFA, and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell or Python)
- Ability to mentor, coach, and lead by example (even if not officially titled ‘Lead’)
