What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy for customer retention and engagement
• Build a deep understanding of their users and use data, insights, and intuition to create experiences that drive loyalty and habit-forming behaviour
• Lead ideation, prioritisation, and delivery of features that focus on re-engagement, personalisation, and gamification
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to bring initiatives to life
• Partner with senior product leaders to define, track, and optimise key retention metrics
• Move fast, experiment often, and double down on what works

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing within fast-paced tech, digital, or mobile app environments
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to turn insights into experiences people love
• A creative and experimental mindset with a passion for influencing user behaviour through product and marketing innovation
• A practical approach to product delivery with the ability to balance structure and speed
• Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with minimal hand-holding
• Experience with loyalty, gamification, or behavioural UX products is highly regarded
