Blackroc is partnering with a community-focused organisation to find experienced Change Analysts to support upcoming transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  
You’ll work across business and technology teams to assess change impacts, develop documentation and communication materials, and help embed new ways of working. This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that values collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting change management or business transformation initiatives within complex organisations (health, customer-facing or customer service environments)
• Strong understanding of organisational change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Proven experience working alongside project delivery and IT teams on system or process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and manage change artefacts and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and written communication skills.

  
These roles will be offered as initial 6 month contracts with opportunity to extend.
