About the Role
Join a dynamic and forward-thinking care and support services provider as the General Manager of Quality and Assurance, leading compliance, risk, and workforce assurance across a platform-based organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Quality and Operations, you will ensure organisational readiness for the support reforms, while overseeing quality systems across a large, distributed workforce and multi-state service network.

This pivotal role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, and reform implementation, ensuring the company remains a leader in quality, compliance, and client safety.

Skills & Experience 
  • 10+ years in senior compliance, risk, or quality leadership
  • In-depth understanding of ACQS, Aged Care Act 2024, SIRS, and Support at Home.
  • Proven success managing large-scale compliance frameworks across distributed or contractor-based workforces.
  • Strong commercial acumen and regulatory judgement.
  • Experience leveraging data, RegTech, and automation tools for quality improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
