We’re looking for a Paid Performance (PPC) weapon who knows how to plan, pace and optimise large budgets daily, stay ahead of algorithm shifts, and bring that sharp agency energy into a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

This Brisbane-based role offers $120–130K + Super and the chance to step into an in-house position with serious impact, managing campaigns that genuinely change lives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, BVOD and more
• Manage and optimise large-scale budgets for performance and ROI
• Stay across algorithm updates and platform changes to stay ahead of the curve
• Test, learn and innovate while pushing the boundaries of what paid media can do
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and analytics teams to deliver measurable results

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (agency background ideal)
• Hands-on operator who thrives on optimisation, pacing and performance
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Confident communicator who can influence and inspire stakeholders
• Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with digital trends
