Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain integrated program and project schedules, identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Support schedule governance, reporting, and performance measurement across workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, architects, engineers, and data specialists to ensure alignment and achievable timelines.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to inform executive decision-making.
  • Provide schedule reporting and insights through Power BI and other tools to support program governance.
  • Support resource planning, forecasting, and workload optimisation.

Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in project or program scheduling across complex ICT or enterprise data programs.
  • Strong capability in tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
  • Experience within data-centric or platform delivery programs (data governance, cloud data platforms, analytics).
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and hybrid project frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience highly regarded.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) advantageous.

This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract + view to extend.
