About the Role:
You’ll play a key part in identifying and engaging with software companies, building trust with owners considering a sale, and driving engagement across both new and existing portfolios. Your ability to network, communicate, and create genuine connections will be critical to your success. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team, leverage the latest tools, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage software companies for acquisition
• Build trust with business owners through proactive outreach and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle, tracking activity and KPIs

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience in M&A deal sourcing, business development, or software sales
• Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with business owners
• Confident communicator, comfortable with high-volume cold calling and following up on warm leads
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a hunger to succeed
• Degree in Finance or experience in software sales/M&A is an asset
