Role Overview
BLACKROC is excited to partner with a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors transformation program to recruit a Junior Test Analyst. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in testing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of test cases and scripts.
• Execute manual testing under supervision across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Log and track defects using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Maintain clear testing documentation and execution logs.
• Support business testers during UAT and payroll cycles.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of the software testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with testing tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
• Awareness of HR systems and processes (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
