We're hiring a delivery-driven Business Analyst to help shape and deliver business-critical tech initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with diverse stakeholder groups, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are essential.


What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple ICT projects
• Engage a wide range of stakeholders across business and technology
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
• Build high-quality reports, dashboards, and documentation that drive insight and decisions
• Support the delivery lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong reporting and documentation skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar
• Comfortable in high-volume, distributed or customer-facing operating models
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and other BA tools
