• Drive the development and enhancement of our self-managed HCP offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of older Australians.
• Analyse and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• HCP Expertise: Proven experience with Home Care Packages is non-negotiable; you know the ins and outs without needing a primer.
• Strong ability to dissect complex problems and devise effective solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
