As part of the next phase of strategic growth, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager of Operations to lead the day-to-day delivery of clinical and administrative services, drive operational efficiency, and foster a high-performing, values-driven team culture.

The Role
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the seamless coordination and optimisation of multidisciplinary healthcare services. Working across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, you'll oversee clinical and administrative operations, support practitioner alignment, and implement scalable systems to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and empower Senior Client Managers and the broader operations team
  • Oversee daily workflow delivery and proactively manage operational escalations
  • Ensure consistent, end-to-end delivery of clinical and administrative services
  • Partner with the GM of Partnerships and executive team to ensure strategic alignment
  • Analyse operational data and report on key performance indicators
  • Support practitioner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance
  • Drive continuous improvement of systems, SOPs, and internal processes
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions
About You
You’re an experienced operational leader with a strong background in healthcare service delivery. You value structure, clear communication, and evidence-based decision-making and you thrive in environments where purpose and performance go hand in hand.

You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations, ideally in allied health, primary care, or community services
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site or multi-team functions
  • Confidence in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting clinical practitioners
  • Analytical thinking and comfort with performance reporting and data-led strategy
  • A collaborative leadership approach and commitment to coaching and development
  • High EQ and a growth mindset, with a passion for building purpose-aligned teams
  • Familiarity with government-funded healthcare or complex service delivery environments (highly regarded)
