About the Company BLACKROC has partnered with a growing and innovative business looking to implement modern systems to support its growth and retail operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of digital transformation initiatives.
About the Role You will work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, design processes, and support agile software development efforts. Your insight will shape how the business operates at scale and improve systems efficiency from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities - Requirements elicitation, documentation & process analysis
- User story creation, stakeholder engagement, and use case development
- UAT coordination, solution testing, and documentation
- Collaborate across technical and business teams
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in retail environments (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus
- UI/UX knowledge is highly regarded
