Customer Care Consultant


We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant in Albury to help grow our business.
 
The CCC (Customer Care Centre) Consultant's role is to enable the effective operation of our Customer Care Centre, through providing operational support to clients (both internal and external), while meeting customer service standards.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure all calls are attended to, and provide clients with the best service
  • Ensure that the customer is heard, and responded to, in a suitable timeframe
  • Provide a consistent, quality level of service in all forms of communication to clients
  • Develop user skill levels with respect to DDLS's Database, Intranet and the web.
  • Achieve productivity requirements
  • Positively contribute to relationships with other departments
  • Undertake a variety administration tasks allocated by Service and Support Manager
  • Ensure integrity of information stored in the DDLS database
  • Update of internal and external websites and portals
  • Confidently identify sales opportunities through client contact

Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Effective time management skills, and ability to take initiative in the workplace.
