The Opportunity:
A profitable, Aussie-founded B2B AI SaaS business is entering its next phase of hyper-growth. The core LLM platform is proven and trusted at scale, with over 2 million users.
  
The next chapter is about building a cohesive, multi-channel, multi-product ecosystem that expands on what the business is already known for. This is adjacency-led product building, not disconnected “new product for a new buyer” experimentation.
  
This role suits a senior PM who’s comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability product engineering team. You’ll bring clear judgment, crisp communication, and a bias toward outcomes over ceremony.
  
Scope and business context:
  • A dedicated AI/ML team owns the core LLM platform. This role owns the customer-facing product layer and how AI shows up in real workflows.
  • The product is a long-standing SaaS application built on Ruby on Rails that integrates with a separate Python-based AI platform via APIs.
  • Structured discovery and quarterly planning are already in place. The expectation is strong execution within a clear cadence  
What you’ll do:
  • Own channel strategy and roadmap, end-to-end, problem framing, discovery, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Make prioritisation calls with a commercial lens, what matters, why it matters, and what changes if it ships.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver with quality, predictability, and pace.
  • Translate AI-enabled capabilities into experiences users trust, with clear guardrails and measurable quality.
  • Build tight feedback loops with customers and stakeholders that influence the roadmap, packaging, and positioning.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in building modern SaaS, platform, or multi-product environments
  • Experience shipping AI-enabled products; owning the model platform is not required.
  • Strong judgment under ambiguity, with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Concise communication and cross-functional influence, alignment without noise.
  • Commercial fluency, understands value, adoption, and viable growth.
