We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a talented group of software engineers while partnering closely with product and technology leaders to shape and deliver impactful solutions.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of up to 8 software engineers, supporting career development, performance reviews, and long-term growth.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Drive execution through agile ways of working, balancing speed, quality, and sustainable delivery.
  • Run sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to keep the team aligned and performing at its best.
  • Manage team capacity, identify hiring needs, and play an active role in recruiting top engineering talent.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to align on technical direction, best practices, and resource allocation.
What you’ll bring:
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 2+ years in an engineering management role.
  • A proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing full-stack development teams.
