Delivery Trainer – National Systems rollout - 6 months contract

We are seeking experienced Delivery Trainers to support the rollout of a new national business system across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major system implementation, helping teams adapt to new technology while working in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Immediate Requirement:
  • 6 Delivery Trainers – South Australia
  • Start: Mid to late January
  • Contract Duration: 6 months with potential extensions
What the Role Involves:
  • Delivering training to staff onsite at State branches (approx. 50% travel per month; single block, all expenses reimbursed)
  • Conducting virtual training via Microsoft Teams (approx. 50% remote work)
  • Providing professional, engaging, and clear instruction to staff with varied technical experience
  • Supporting the successful adoption of the Customer Connect system across multiple regions
Key Requirements:
  • Strong technical capability and systems aptitude
  • Proven experience delivering training virtually (Microsoft Teams preferred)
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required
  • Valid driver’s licence
