We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who’s ready to step into an influential role, guiding a talented group of 5–8 software engineers while shaping the future of technology.

What You’ll Do

• Support a team of skilled software engineers through coaching, career development, performance reviews and personalised growth plans.
• Partner closely with product managers to shape technical roadmaps and ensure projects land on time, every time.
• Oversee sprint planning, retrospectives and stand-ups, keeping the team focused, aligned and moving efficiently.
• Balance workloads, identify skill gaps, and play an active role in hiring top-tier engineering talent.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and learning-driven environment where knowledge is shared and everyone grows.
• Work with fellow engineering managers to align on technical decisions, standards and resource allocation across the organisation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 2+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
• A proven record of building high-performing, motivated tech teams.
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing full-stack development teams.
