Project Manager - D365

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformative ERP initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle management—from scoping and planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, stakeholders, and end-users to drive project success.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using industry best practices.
  • Oversee risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure quality assurance and seamless handover into business-as-usual support models.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and helping them realise maximum value from their ERP investment.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience managing complex ERP implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects under your belt.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications) highly regarded.
