We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering technology and process transformation across Finance, People, and Information Technology units.

This role is ideal for a seasoned BA who thrives on complexity, stakeholder engagement, and leading the way in shaping effective business solutions. You'll bring together your analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and finance domain knowledge to support critical initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for major finance and operations initiatives
• Partner with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
• Support the delivery of strategic projects by crafting business cases, process maps (‘As-Is’/‘To-Be’), user stories, and functional specs
• Mentor and guide other Business Analysts, promoting best practice and cross-functional collaboration
• Support risk assessment, testing, implementation, and business adoption activities
• Champion business analysis standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the function

What You'll Need:

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Senior Business Analyst
• Strong Finance and ERP Transformation Program experience 
• Strong knowledge of business process design, stakeholder engagement and solution documentation
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Experience leading small BA teams or mentoring peers
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, enterprise project environments, and system integration
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a collaborative mindset
