  As Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of 5–8 software engineers, including career development, performance reviews, and growth planning.
• Partnering with product managers to define technical roadmaps and deliver projects on time and to high standards.
• Driving execution through Agile practices, ensuring efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Maintaining high engineering standards while promoting modern development practices.
• Balancing team capacity, identifying hiring needs, and actively participating in recruitment.
• Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Working with other engineering managers to align technical decisions and resource allocation across the organisation.

What you'll need:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years in engineering management, with a proven ability to lead and scale teams
• Strong background in building and leading high-performing, full-stack engineering teams
• Experience managing distributed teams and remote work environments
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies
• Previous experience as a senior engineer with hands-on technical expertise
