We’re seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Managed Services to South Australian Government clients. This new and exciting role offers the opportunity to shape service excellence, lead a capable team, and build trusted relationships across the public sector.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality, ITIL-aligned managed services
  • Build strong relationships with government clients, vendors, and partners
  • Provide leadership across service teams, operations, and improvement initiatives
  • Manage escalations, drive performance metrics, and oversee service reporting
  • Help recruit and grow a team of passionate IT professionals
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years in IT service management, delivery, or operations leadership
  • Experience managing services for enterprise or government customers
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL and service governance frameworks
