Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Are you a Business Analyst with experience in ERP transformations? Do you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where your insights drive meaningful change?

We’re partnering with a large global healthcare organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a multi-year program that will redefine how the business operates across finance, supply chain, and operations.


Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related functions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities.
  • Support end-to-end delivery from discovery through to implementation, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners, and business SMEs to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
  • Map current vs future state processes and identify improvement opportunities enabled by Dynamics 365.
  • Help drive user adoption through effective change, communication, and training support.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Must have worked from end to end on ERP transformation programs
  • Must have MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions such as Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and influencing skills.
