Key Responsibilities

• System Optimization: Ensure the continuous improvement of operational systems to achieve superior data management and compliance.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate system performance metrics to enhance operations and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support & Training: Provide expert technical support and deliver comprehensive training on system functionalities to teams worldwide.
• Process Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes and boost system efficiency.
• SOP Development: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows to streamline system administration.
• Compliance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on system performance, focusing on compliance and data integrity.

What You Bring

• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of operational systems, data management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse complex data and recommend actionable improvements.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to train and support a global workforce.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in system administration or a related role, with proven success in implementing system policies.
• Industry Experience: Background in a highly regulated industry is advantageous, along with familiarity with global standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 31000.
• Global Experience: Previous experience working within a global organization is highly valued.
