About the Opportunity: We are looking for the best Sommeliers in the industry. Work with the most talented wine team in Australia and join a team dedicated to excellence. Headed by Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose MS. Full-time and casual opportunities available.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Sommelier experience
- Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
- Previous experience in delivering wine training is advantageous
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
- Must be up to date with industry trends
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
- WSET or CMS certification advantageous
- A valid RSA certificate
