Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen’s prized wood oven and Josper grill.

About the Opportunities:
We’re looking for experienced cafe all-rounders to join our FOH team. This role is available for an immediate start and offers consistent day shifts, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3pm, with no evening shifts (unless required otherwise).
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, premium café or restaurant
- Expertise in coffee preparation and latte art
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing techniques
- Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts
