About the Opportunity:
Chin Chin Sydney is looking for a Bar Supervisor with an interest in events to ensure smooth operations during our function services. As a hands-on Bar Supervisor, you'll lead by example, delivering top-tier service while coaching your team to success. You'll guide and support the bar crew to consistently meet their goals with confidence and skill.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Demonstrated experience as a Bar Supervisor in a vibrant, high-volume venue
- Interest in functions and events
- Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits
- Experience with ordering and stocktake advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
