About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Content & Digital Manager to join our Head Office Marketing team.

Working across our portfolio of venues, you will be responsible for developing and executing audience-led marketing campaigns that drive bookings, revenue, guest engagement and brand growth. Combining campaign management, email marketing, audience insights and digital performance, this role plays a key part in ensuring our marketing activity is targeted, measurable and effective.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with venue leadership teams, Operations, Guest Services and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and continuously optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands and venues
  • Analyse customer behaviour, booking trends and audience data to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and manage audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Create, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns and customer communications
  • Implement and maintain campaign tracking, attribution and UTM frameworks
  • Produce regular reporting and performance insights to support business decision-making
  • Manage website content updates, campaign landing pages and digital marketing activity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver marketing initiatives
Experience, Skills & Attributes 
  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, performance marketing or audience marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid media, web, social and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution modelling and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience creating, implementing and managing UTM tracking frameworks to ensure accurate campaign reporting and attribution.
  • Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), consent management, cookies and website tracking infrastructure.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining GA4 events, conversions, audiences, custom reports and funnel explorations.
  • Ability to build customer journey and conversion funnels, identify drop-off points and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • Experience managing website analytics, user behaviour analysis and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Proficient in reporting and visualisation platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of first-party data strategies, privacy regulations and consent frameworks.
  • Experience working with web developers and agency partners to implement tracking requirements, pixels, tags and measurement solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Hospitality, retail, lifestyle or consumer marketing experience highly regarded.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
