About the Opportunity:We are seeking exceptional Hosts to join the team and become the face of Melbourne’s most celebrated dining destination. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-profile clientele, impeccable presentation, and a sharp eye for detail, delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience from the moment they arrive.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Experience as a Host in a premium venue
- Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A valid RSA certificate.
