About the Opportunity We are seeking passionate
Pastry Chefs (Chef de Partie & Commis) to join our pastry teams working across
Society and Maison Bâtard.
Working within a highly skilled pastry brigade, you will help deliver high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods while maintaining the standards expected of two of Melbourne’s leading venues. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills in a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium kitchen
- Strong pastry fundamentals and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong organisation and teamwork skills
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays and a variety of shifts
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie highly regarded
