Commis & Chef De Partie | Society

About Society:
A statement of modern Australian design and sophisticated dining culture, the art of à la carte is the centrepiece of Society, allowing diners to curate their own experience where no two visits are ever the same.
Grand yet intimate, the restaurant features 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibition Streets, encompassing a collection of distinct dining experiences — the Society dining room, customised private dining spaces, the Lillian Brasserie, and a luxurious lounge bar. Each space operates independently with its own unique menu offerings while maintaining the highest standards of culinary execution.

About Lucas Collective:
Home to some of Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed venues including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society, Grill Americano, Tombo Den and Maison Batârd. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, we create dynamic venues and dining experiences designed to be shared.

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate chefs looking to refine their craft and grow within a professional, supportive and highly regarded team.
