About the Opportunity:We are looking for the industry’s finest Pastry Chef De Parties to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Team oriented and strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Eye for detail and strong time management
- Knowledge food safety standards
- Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
