About the Opportunity:We are looking for the industry’s finest Section Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Minimum 2 years experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue
- Can confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables
- Ability to carry three plates is advantageous
- Runners do not need to have premium dining experience, however willingness to learn and positive attitude is essential
- Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed and
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have an RSA certificate
