Experience, skills and attributes: - Experience as a section waitstaff in a premium restaurant
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Passion for food and wine
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong worth ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Professional presentation and strong communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
