About the Opportunities:
We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our FOH team on a full-time basis from October 2025, crafting exceptional coffee and contributing to memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, premium café or restaurant
- Expertise in coffee preparation and latte art
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and brewing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts
