About the Opportunity:We are looking for experienced Pizza Chefs to join our team at Baby. Using the freshest seasonal produce and hand-sourced ingredients in a laidback setting, Baby is an effortless, all-day classic with a neighbourhood feel.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
- Must be able to hand-stretch artisanal pizza dough
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Time management and organisational skills
- Italian cuisine knowledge and experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is desirable
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Understanding food safety standards
- Must be able and willing to work rotating roster including weekend & public holiday
