About the Opportunity:You'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, using your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to refine their craft and grow within a highly regarded team.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: - 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, a-la-carte restaurant
- European cuisine highly regarded
- Solid understanding of management practices in a section
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
