About the Opportunity:
You'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, using your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to refine their craft and grow within a highly regarded team.
 
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
  • 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, a-la-carte restaurant
  • European cuisine highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of management practices in a section 
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
