We're partnering with an organisation undertaking a significant Microsoft Power Platform transformation and are looking for an experienced
Power Platform Administrator to play a key role in the journey.
This position will take ownership of the administration, governance and ongoing support of the Microsoft Power Platform while playing a major part in the migration of the organisation's Power BI environment to a new Microsoft tenant. If you've been involved in tenant-to-tenant migrations, understand the complexities of Power BI administration, and enjoy improving governance and platform performance, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing: - Support the migration of Power BI assets, workspaces and platform configurations to a new Microsoft tenant.
- Administer and maintain the Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI.
- Manage security, access controls, tenant settings, licensing and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Monitor platform health, capacity, gateway performance and overall service reliability.
- Support application and report deployments across development, test and production environments.
- Develop governance frameworks, standards and documentation to ensure a secure and scalable platform.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and work with Microsoft where required to resolve complex technical problems.
- Partner with developers, analysts and business stakeholders to improve platform adoption and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for: - Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI environments.
- Hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, particularly within the Power BI Service.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI workspaces, gateways, datasets, tenant settings and capacity management.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks, security controls and DLP policies.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to platform support.
- Experience with Fabric is desirable
This role is working within a collaborative team and offer a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in the office.
