We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team in the Adelaide Metropolitan Region. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes while being supported by an experienced clinical team. This role requires a wide travel radius.

About the Role

• Shifts available Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Must have availability on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends is required
• You will be visiting multiple clients in their homes across different locations
• Reporting to the Clinical Manager, with ongoing support from Senior Clinical Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to clients in a community setting
• Travel between client homes
• Provide a client-focused, compassionate approach to care
• Work collaboratively with the broader clinical team

About You
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in community/in-home care or aged care facilities
• A strong customer-focused approach
• Current AHPRA Registration
• A reliable vehicle and current driver's license
• Current car registration and insurance
• Current CPR Certificate
• Current Police Clearance (within the last 12 months)
• Current Working With Children Check
• COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 2 doses)
