What You’ll Do

• Build trusted, respectful relationships with children, young people, parents, and carers
• Deliver practical, evidence-informed support in home and community settings
• Strengthen family capacity, confidence, and independence
• Connect families with education, employment, and community resources
• Work collaboratively with Child Safety and partner services to provide coordinated support
• Maintain clear, accurate case notes that reflect progress and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Genuine commitment to supporting children, young people, and families
• Strong ability to engage with people using a respectful, strengths-based approach
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts as required
• Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid and CPR (current or willing to obtain)
• Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
