What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide consistent day-to-day care in a supportive home setting
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that offer stability and encouragement
  • Support daily routines, schooling, appointments and recreational activities
  • Follow tailored care plans that reflect each young person’s goals
  • Maintain clear, professional documentation

What You’ll Need
  • Current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
  • Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Is willing to obtain or currently hold First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Flexible Availability with a minimum of one sleepover shift a week preferred. 
  • Completed or willingness to enrol in a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or related field
  • Experience with young people (or in disability, mental health, aged care, childcare) is valued but not essential
