We’re seeking someone who:
· Has experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and implementing behaviour support strategies
· Is calm, resilient, and able to maintain strong professional boundaries
· Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
· Has full working rights in Australia
· Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel across Greater Brisbane required)
· Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
· Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
· Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
