Support Worker

We’re growing our team in Shepparton and are looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our participants in their homes and out in the community. This is a casual position with consistent, ongoing shifts available.

In this role, you’ll support individuals to live as independently as possible while building meaningful connections and helping them achieve their goals.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting participants with day-to-day activities at home and in the community
  • Assisting with personal care, daily routines and light household tasks
  • Encouraging independence, choice and social participation
  • Working closely with a small, supportive team while also managing your own shifts
  • Keeping clear and accurate progress notes

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Experience supporting participants with participants with high-care or complex needs
  • Strong communication, documentation and basic computer skills
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and sleepovers
