What You’ll be Doing
  • Deliver person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
  • Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and household duties
  • Support clients to attend appointments, engage in the community, and build meaningful social connections
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support high-quality care
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients and colleagues
We’re seeking someone who:
  • Has experience supporting individuals with complex care and behaviours.
  • Is calm, resilient, and able to maintain strong professional boundaries
  • Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Has full working rights in Australia
  • Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel across Greater Brisbane required)
  • Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
  • Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
