What You’ll be Doing - Deliver person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and household duties
- Support clients to attend appointments, engage in the community, and build meaningful social connections
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support high-quality care
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients and colleagues
We’re seeking someone who: - Has experience supporting individuals with complex care and behaviours.
- Is calm, resilient, and able to maintain strong professional boundaries
- Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel across Greater Brisbane required)
- Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
- Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
