In this Supported Independent Living (SIL) role based in Mount Barker, SA, you will be supporting a 26-year-old client who is transitioning to greater independence after recently moving out of home. The client thrives on routine, consistency, and an active lifestyle, and benefits from a calm and structured support approach.
We’re seeking someone who: - Has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and within SIL environments
- Has experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and implementing behaviour support strategies
- Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Is open to completing required NDIS training modules
- Has strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
