Transformation Analyst

We’re looking for a Transformation Analyst who thrives on turning ideas into execution. This is a hands-on role at the centre of Kanda’s transformation journey, where you’ll help drive delivery across process improvement, workforce, finance, technology, and AI initiatives.

You’ll act as the engine behind program momentum - accelerating delivery, building on strong foundations, and identifying practical opportunities that create meaningful, compounding impact across the business. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable mapping a process, building a business case, and rolling up their sleeves to implement solutions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Map how work is currently done across the business and turn it into clear process maps and practical business requirements
  • Keep the transformation program on track by maintaining initiative registers and preparing sharp, executive-ready updates
  • Build and track business cases, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we operate and take ownership of delivering those improvements end-to-end
  • Support strong governance by preparing briefings, capturing decisions, and driving actions through to completion
  • Work closely with technology partners and vendors to keep delivery moving
  • Roll out practical improvements, including SharePoint solutions, Power Automate workflows, and AI tools that simplify and enhance day-to-day processes

What you’ll bring
  • Experience in a transformation, change, or project analyst role within a complex organisation
  • Strong process mapping capability, with the ability to translate workflows into clear business requirements
  • Experience supporting governance processes, including reporting for senior leadership or board-level audiences
  • Proficiency across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Clear and confident written communication, particularly for executive audiences
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support analysis, drafting, or process improvement
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline (desired not essential)

Why Join Kanda
  • Competitive salary of $110,000 – $120,000 + super (based on experience)
  • Hybrid role based out of our Beenleigh, Spring Hill or Ipswich offices
  • Monthly RDO - an extra 12 days of leave per year
  • Wellness initiatives plus 24/7 access to the Sonder wellbeing app
  • Access to an employee rewards hub providing savings and cashback across everyday purchases
  • Employee recognition initiatives, including gift vouchers for Employee of the Month and service anniversaries
  • Genuine long-term career opportunities as Kanda continues to grow
