About the Role Join our caring and professional
community nursing team and make a real difference in the lives of our
Veteran (DVA) clients living at home in
Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
We're seeking compassionate, reliable
Community Support Workers to assist clients with day-to-day care and help them maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
What You'll Do - Provide personal care and domestic assistance
- Support with shopping, errands, and community access
- Visit multiple clients throughout your shift
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Clinical Nurse and support team
Hours: Shifts start at 8:00am Monday-Friday (occasional weekend rotation)
Type: Casual with potential to transition to
permanent part-timePay: Paid for the full shift +
$0.99/km travel allowance between clients

What You’ll Need - Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care
- Experience in a similar support or personal care role
- Reliable, fully insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccinations + booster (essential)
- National Police Check (within last 12 months)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Manual Handling Certificate or refresher
