About the Role
 
Join our caring and professional community nursing team and make a real difference in the lives of our Veteran (DVA) clients living at home in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

We're seeking compassionate, reliable Community Support Workers to assist clients with day-to-day care and help them maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes.



�� What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance
• Support with shopping, errands, and community access
• Visit multiple clients throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Clinical Nurse and support team

Hours: Shifts start at 8:00am Monday-Friday (occasional weekend rotation)
Type: Casual with potential to transition to permanent part-time
Pay: Paid for the full shift + $0.99/km travel allowance between clients


✅ What You’ll Need

• Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care
• Experience in a similar support or personal care role
• Reliable, fully insured vehicle
• COVID-19 vaccinations + booster (essential)
• National Police Check (within last 12 months)
• Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Manual Handling Certificate or refresher
