Intake & Funding Consultant

Access Support Coordination is seeking a highly organised and proactive Intake & Funding Consultant to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key role in managing referrals, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service and relationship management experience who wants a meaningful and flexible career. NDIS knowledge is an advantage but not essential, just a passion for customer success and problem-solving!

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through their NDIS journey, ensuring a simple and clear experience
  • Deliver a welcoming onboarding experience, allowing new customers to feel supported from day one
  • Manage referrals from key stakeholders including NDIA, OPG, Child Safety, and internal teams
  • Build & maintain key relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal teams to support service delivery
  • Support NDIS billing processes (MYOB experience highly regarded)
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service utilisation to support data-driven service improvements
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success or client support (ideally within community services)
  • Established understanding of the NDIS framework and its processes
  • Confident using different applications including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (MYOB proficiency preferred)
  • Excellent communications skills with a genuine commitment to supporting clients and team members
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational & time management skills 
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
